Individual lessons
Payment Terms and Conditions
The monthly fee (for all of the lessons in that month) is paid in one sum at the beginning of each month. Payment is made via bank transfer, which must be settled after receipt of the issued invoice. The instructor is taxed in Spain, so the invoice issued will be in Spanish and paid into a Spanish bank account.
Schedule of lessons
The time and day of the weekly lesson(s) is fixed, it is not possible to regularly change the schedule.
Continuous participation is essential for effective learning.
Absence
In case of absence it is possible to reschedule one lesson per month. Any further missed lesson cannot be rescheduled, the corresponding fee is not refundable and cannot be counted towards next month’s fee. Refunding the tuition fee is not possible and it won’t be counted towards next month’s fee.
In case a lesson is cancelled due to the teacher’s fault, the missed lesson is rescheduled or the fee for that lesson is refunded.
Cancellation of a lesson
The student (in case of minors their caregiver/legal guardian) undertakes that if they cannot attend the lesson they notify the teacher in writing or over the phone, if possible, at least one day in advance. In any other case rescheduling is not guaranteed.
Notification of data change
The student (in case of minors their caregivers/legal guardian) undertakes that if there are any changes in the invoicing or contact details, they notify the teacher in writing without delay.
The terms and conditions above are acknowledged and accepted by the student or their caregiver/legal guardian.

In case of absence from a group lesson rescheduling is not possible. In this case the corresponding fee of the missed lesson, which is part of the semester, is lost. Refunding the tuition fee is not possible and it won’t be counted towards next month’s fee.
