In Hungary and in the member states of the European Union the General Data Protection Regulation came into effect. Therefore, in the management and storage of data, the teacher acts in accordance with the law.
Upon registration the following data need to be provided:
Name of the student (in case of minors, of their caregiver/legal guardian), contact details (telephone number, e-mail address)
Data required for invoicing (name, address, in case of company: tax number and bank account number)
Purpose of data use:
Any data of the student (in case of minors of their caregiver/legal guardian) or of the company are only stored and used for the purposes of communication and invoicing only for the term required by law.
The data is only processed by the teacher.
Where and how is the personal data stored?
The data is stored on the teacher’s computer, which is equipped with the necessary electronic protection.
How can the deletion of stored data be requested?
Upon finishing with the language lessons deletion of the stored data can be requested by email.
The website does not use cookies to function.
Upon registration the Privacy Policy, the Data Sheet and the Lessons Terms and Conditions have to be filled in. The first page of the Privacy Policy also needs to be signed.
